We ship within Australia only. 

We operate a standard shipping service catering to all locations serviced by Australia Post with a flat fee of $7.95. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated delivery times for standard orders:

Domestic orders for most Australian states will take between 2 - 3 working days.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email contact@junasana.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Although our products are originally formulated for men, it is gentle enough for all gender and skin types. We don't discriminate.

Our all-in-one cleanser is designed to cleanse very well so it will get rid of sunscreen residue as long as it's non-waterproof.

In general, double cleansing is sometimes preferred to ensure a full removal.

If the sunscreen used is water-resistant or waterproof, we recommend you to either double cleanse or use a cleansing oil instead.

Yes, all of our products are Australian made. Some extracts have been sourced from overseas such as our Artemisia Capillaris (mugwort) extract which is exclusively from Japan.
